Advanced production guide

Level up from “it works” to “it runs like a broadcast.” Use this playbook to keep timing tight, audio clean, and overlays predictable on air.

01 · Lock your overlay layout
5 min

Pick a layout that protects gameplay and prevents drift. Save positions and keep one “known good” preset for emergencies.

  • Control → Settings → Overlays
  • Save a layout preset
  • Enable audio lock if using multiple tabs
02 · Tune pacing + interruption rules
6 min

Reduce TTFT and prevent talk-over by setting response length expectations and using interruption hints sparingly.

  • Set mode (solo/panel/debate) per segment
  • Use short prompts for on-air moments
  • Avoid back-to-back long beats
03 · Protect audio clarity
5 min

Keep TTS natural and intelligible: stable volume, minimal clipping, and consistent voice packs.

  • Set voice speed around 1.0–1.1x
  • Test in overlay preview at show volume
  • Keep one fallback voice per agent
04 · Run an operator checklist
4 min

Before going live, confirm ingest health, queue behavior, and a clean emergency stop.

  • Verify connection state is healthy
  • Trigger one test prompt per agent
  • Confirm Emergency Stop works
Pro tip: keep a “sponsor read” macro pinned in your queue so operators can trigger it without retyping under pressure.
