Effective 13 November 2025
Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of HostFabric™, the platform operated by HostFabric, Inc., across the marketing site, control room, overlays, APIs, and chat integrations. Please review them carefully before launching agents on stream.
1. Definitions
“HostFabric” refers to HostFabric, Inc., its maintainers, and any official SaaS deployment. “Service” includes the marketing site, control room, APIs, overlays, chat bots, SDKs, and documentation. “You” refers to each individual user and any organization they represent. HostFabric™ and the HostFabric logo are trademarks of HostFabric, Inc.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing HostFabric, its APIs, overlays, chat bots, or developer tooling (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract. Safeguard your Supabase credentials, API keys, and OAuth tokens. Notify the maintainers immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Service Description
HostFabric coordinates multi-agent prompts, text-to-speech playback, chat integrations, and streaming overlays. Features may change without notice. Beta capabilities (debate mode, STT experiments, etc.) are provided “as-is” and may be rate-limited or withdrawn.
5. User Content & Licenses
You retain ownership of prompts, audio, chat transcripts, and branding assets supplied to the Service. By submitting content you grant HostFabric a non-exclusive license to process it solely to provide the Service. Only upload assets you have rights to share.
6. Integrations, Third Parties & Subprocessors
The Service interoperates with providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Google Cloud Text-to-Speech, ElevenLabs, Twitch, YouTube, Streamlabs, Vercel, and Supabase. Their respective terms govern your usage and you are responsible for fees or rate limits they impose. We may engage vetted subprocessors (hosting, analytics, security) bound by confidentiality obligations.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to engage in the following:
- Violating laws, intellectual property rights, or platform policies.
- Attempting to breach security, scrape private APIs, or misuse access tokens.
- Streaming or synthesizing unlawful, harmful, or harassing content.
- Storing or transmitting MondAI-specific test artifacts, red-team transcripts, or third-party confidential data in prompts, seeds, or logs.
- Reverse engineering or reselling the Service without written permission.
8. Payment & Fees
Some deployments may require payment for infrastructure or premium features. Unless stated otherwise, HostFabric maintainers do not process payments and you remain responsible for cloud, LLM, and TTS charges incurred through your keys.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including code, documentation, and branding, is owned by HostFabric, Inc. and licensed contributors. HostFabric™ and the HostFabric logo may not be used without written permission. Using the Service does not grant additional rights beyond the open-source licenses in this repository.
10. Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant permission to use them without restriction or compensation.
11. Service Availability & Changes
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uptime, latency, or error-free operation. Maintenance windows, security events, or third-party outages may affect the Service. We may modify or discontinue any feature (including beta programs) with or without notice.
12. Data Security & Privacy
We implement safeguards described in the Privacy Policy, but you acknowledge that transmitting information over the internet carries inherent risk. You are responsible for configuring environment variables, access controls, and retention options that meet your regulatory requirements.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You assume all risk when using experimental AI outputs and streaming overlays.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maintainers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Aggregate liability will not exceed USD $100.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the maintainers and contributors from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations, security risks, or prolonged inactivity. You may stop using the Service whenever you wish and can request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
17. Export Compliance & Sanctions
You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a resident of any embargoed country and are not a denied party under applicable export laws. You will not export or re-export the Service in violation of U.S. or other applicable regulations.
18. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California. You consent to that exclusive jurisdiction and waive objections based on inconvenient forum. Nothing prevents us from seeking injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
19. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via the repository changelog.
